Ultra-wideband low phase noise amplifier features full-band 10M-10000M, noise figure less than 1.5dB and 20dB gain. The full-band flatness is very good, not exceeding 2dB. The module is powered by 5V or 6V. It can be used as the input low noise amplifier of broadband receivers or as the driving stage of the mixer local oscillator signal. We provide the module size drawing. It can be used directly as a system module or as a verification platform.
