Attention:
- Before shipment, we have carried out tests on two
machines, including one Windows 10 Home Edition on platform for AMD,
and one Windows 10 Professional Edition on platform for Intel. Returns
due to systems will not be accepted. When you receive the camera, and it
can be turned on, indicating that the device is okay. If the Windows
hello device cannot be found, you need to reinstall or update your PC's
system. Please note that before purchasing.
- The camera cannot be
used under these conditions: using a simplified version of the system
& ghost system. User name is the default built-in user
ADMINISTRATOR.
- If you don't know the account, right click on your
computer → manage → local accounts and groups → users or running to
input CMD (take photos and consult our customer service).
- Please contact us to get the latest driver.

Way to use the system with user name ADMINISTRATOR: create a new user
or reinstall the system. If you don't know how to make a new user,
please consult customer service. (After creating a new user, PC desktop
will be displayed with a new system interface, and all software needs to
be reinstalled). Buyers using non-ADMINISTRATOR built-in users can use
it in a direct way.
