1-55A Adjustable Lithium Battery Fast Charger 2.7-4.55V Iron Phosphate/Nickel Charger with Anti-reverse Connection Protection

Description:

- Input 220V (can also be switched to 110V), output voltage is adjustable from 2.70 to 4.55V. Mainly used for the short range of new energy vehicle lithium batteries caused by uneven voltage of individual battery cells, and for supplementing the voltage of single series battery cells before assembling large capacity lithium battery packs, or for daily maintenance and repair of new energy vehicle electric tricycles. The current is adjustable from 1-40A/1-55A (the specific maximum total current depends on the battery's capacity, internal resistance, and stored power, etc. In the case of the battery being almost fully charged, there may not be a current of 1A)
- The 220V input line is equipped with a reverse connection module in the middle, which will automatically disconnect and protect whether it is a short circuit in the output clamp or a reverse connection. (It is strictly prohibited to clamp or touch the positive and negative clips of the charger output on batteries with a voltage higher than 10V! Otherwise, it may damage the reverse connection module.)
- This can only be used for charging, not discharging.

Specification:
- Working power supply: 220V/110V (please leave a message for the voltage you want before payment)
- Output voltage: 2.70 - 4.45V adjustable
- Output current: 1 - 40A adjustable; 1 - 55A adjustable
- Working temperature: 0 - 40℃
- Relatively humidity: ≤70%
- Heat dissipation method: fan
- Applicable battery type: iron phosphate lithium battery, ternary polymer lithium battery, lithium titanate battery
- Protection function: connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery in reverse or short-circuit the output positive and negative terminals. The output will automatically disconnect and resume normal operation when reconnected correctly.

Using Instructions:
- Firstly, adjust the single cell charging output voltage according to the type of battery to be charged. Generally, adjust the voltage of lithium iron phosphate batteries to 3.65V. Adjust the ternary polymer to 4.20V. When adjusting the voltage, do not connect the battery, as the displayed voltage may not be correct when connecting the battery. The correct voltage is displayed when unloaded! Clamp the battery, and the ammeter will display the current. The current can be adjusted by adjusting the current button according to the capacity of the battery cell. (Warning! The adjustable power supply can be charged to the highest voltage when adjusted to the highest voltage. Do not adjust it too high!)

- The button above is a single turn potentiometer for adjusting the current. The one below is for voltage regulation. The voltage regulator is a precision multi turn potentiometer, and twisting it one or two turns may not change much. A maximum of 10 turns can be turned (there is no stop, and when the potentiometer is turned to the end, a small clicking sound can be heard inside the potentiometer), usually clockwise to increase and counterclockwise to decrease. Lithium batteries are usually charged with a current of 0.3C, and the current button can be adjusted according to the battery capacity. (C refers to the total capacity of the battery, such as 100AH lithium battery, 0.3C=30A)

- For those with current display, whether they are fully charged or not depends on the ammeter. If the current display is around 0.2A, it means they are fully charged (the protection module consumes about 0.2A of current).

- Single cell charging with reverse connection protection. When using it for the first time, there is no voltage on the output clamp (but when measuring with a meter, there will be an induced negative voltage, which is a normal phenomenon). Only when clamped onto the battery and the positive and negative poles are correct, will charging current be generated. If the connection is reversed. There will still be no voltage or charging current on the output clamp.

- Single cell charging with reverse protection, if the charged battery voltage is below 2.7V. The protection module may not start. There will be a phenomenon where the charging current cannot reach 0. You must first plug the charger into 220V and adjust the output voltage to 3.0 volts or above. Touch the red clip on the positive pole of the output line to the positive pole of the charger, activate the reverse module, and it can be used normally. (If the battery voltage is above 2.7V, it can be charged directly for use, please ignore this point).

Precaution:
- Regardless of whether the charger is plugged into 220V or not, the output clamp should not touch a voltage above 10V. For example, during charging operation, one clamp is clamped on the battery pole, while the other clamp is placed or shaken casually, it may touch a voltage of 3 or 4 series or more, which may burn out the reverse connection module or charger.
- Please stay away from flammable and explosive materials when using, and it requires someone to be on duty.
- To prevent personal accidents, fire accidents, electric shock injuries, social damage, etc. caused by malfunctions and incorrect work, please pay full attention and take safety precautions. The product has a certain level of danger, please use it with caution while ensuring safety.
