Product Principle:
If a current (lv) is applied to the conductor (d) in the magnetic field (B), the direction of the magnetic field is perpendicular to the direction of the applied voltage. Then another voltage (UH) will be generated in the direction perpendicular to both the magnetic field and the direction of the applied current.
