Product Introduction:

It is a PD3.1 fast charging module. PD3.1 protocol supports a maximum of 140W fast charging output, that is, the maximum output parameter is 28V 5A. This time, our three new modules use different 3 circuits, all of which can achieve a maximum output of 140W. And the main difference between these 3 modules is that the power supply voltage is different. Users can choose according to their actual needs.

One-way Buck-boost Module:
It is recommended that the supply voltage of the buck-boost module is 12-32V. The module has the function of automatic buck-boosting. When 12V is inputted, it can output 28V 5A. When 32V is inputted, it can also step down and output 28V 5A. This module is suitable for users with less constant voltages. The main control adopts LM5175+IP2736 chip for TI. The product has been tested for a long time and its performance is stable.

One-way Buck Module:
Buck modules may have certain voltage requirements. If the module needs to output 28V 5A, it needs to input a voltage of 28-32V. Because the module can only step down the output, users need to pay attention to whether they have a power supply with the right voltage before purchasing, otherwise the module will not be able to reach the maximum output of 140W. In the same way, if 12V is inputted, the module cannot output 20V 5A. The chip adopts IP2736+ MPKM9928. After a long time of testing, the performance of the product is stable.

Bidirectional Buck-boost Module:
The bidirectional buck-boost module is mainly used for connecting lithium batteries. The module uses IP2366 as the main control. It has bidirectional buck-boost input and output. It can be connected to 2-6 strings of lithium batteries (it is not recommended to connect 2 strings and 3 strings of batteries because of the high heat), reaching an output of 140W. Compared with the other two modules, the characteristics of this module are: when its C port is connected to a charger, it can charge your battery. And the fast charging module is equivalent to a power bank module. It can output for use by other devices and for charging the battery. There is a toggle switch on the circuit board, which can switch the battery voltage of different strings without loss.

1. The bidirectional buck-boost module can only be connected to batteries. Each lithium battery with a voltage of 4.2V after being fully charged is required. And the batteries need to have a protection board. Do not use the module with a power supply.
2. The input voltage range of the buck module and the buck-boost module is 12-32V. However, if the input voltage is lower than 28V, the buck module will not be able to output 28V 5A. And if 28V output is not required, 24V can be used as the input.
