15W USB Buck Boost Converter Adjustable Step Up Down Power Supply Module Quick Charger

Attention:

Trigger Quick Charge:
1.Press and hold TRIG button for more than 2 seconds, then release it. The module enters fast charge protocol selection interface, and the digital tube will display  protocol name.

2. Short press TRIG key to select QC2.0, QC3.0, AFC, FCP, SCP, AUTO, OFF. Short press ON / OFF or SELECT button can trigger protocols. If the trigger is successful, the module will display OK and FC blue light is on. Conversely, the module will display ERR and FC blue light will be off.

3. Press and hold TRIG button for more than 2 seconds to exit the fast charge protocol interface. This protocol is triggered every time the device is switched on.

4.If you don't know which protocol your charger supports, you can select AUTO mode, and the module will automatically turn on triggering. If you do not want to use this function, you can choose OFF mode.

Features:
- With smart fast charge trigger to solve the problem of insufficient power supply of USB input port. Supports mainstream fast charge protocols, QC2.0 3.0, FCP SCP AFC. Quick charge trigger function can be turn off when it is not in use.
- High power 15W, 2A current. It can be used for fan speed regulation, desktop power supply, adjustable charger, router power supply, etc.
- When used as a USB input adjustable desktop power supply, its output voltage can be adjusted arbitrarily. Limiting current 0-2A (wide input 4-13V, arbitrary adjustable wide output 0.5-30V, with short-circuit protection)

3. Output current: 0-2A (In constant voltage mode, output current is adaptive according to load size and is not adjustable. If you set limit current to 1A, then when the load current is greater than 1A, the module automatically enters constant current Mode. Maximum output is 1A)
4. Output power: less than 15W (When output power is greater than 15W, the module automatically turns off output and displays -OP-. After reducing load power, press ON / OFF key to solve this problem). When input current is too large, the module may not work above 10W for a long time due to temperature protection.
5. Voltage display: resolution 0.1V, factory precision ± 0.1V (If users require high accuracy, it can be manually corrected after comparing with a standard voltmeter)
6. Current display: resolution 0.01A, range 0-2.2A, factory precision ± 0.05A. When output current is less than 0.05A, display error is large. When current is less than 10-40mA, it cannot be displayed (If users require high accuracy, it can be manually adjusted after comparing with a standard ammeter. When output current is greater than 1A, calibration is more accurate. Calibration is not recommended for small current)
7. Power display: 0.00W-15.0W
8. Temperature protection: When the temperature of power elements is higher than 100 ℃, the module enters -OT- protection. After reducing load power, press ON / OFF key to solve this problem (When power is within 10W for a long time, the module generally does not enter OT protection. When input current is greater than 3A, the module may enter over-temperature protection when the module works for a long time, even if the power does not reach 15W)

Functions:
1.Buttons:
SELECT key: Short press: switch to display voltage, current, power, or all the former parameters by turns. In correction mode, press it to increase correction voltage and current. In fast charge protocol selection mode, it is the button to trigger fast charge. Long press: Enter or exit calibration mode.

2.Potentiometer Knobs:
CC Potentiometer: Rotate potentiometer CC clockwise to increase limiting current. When load current reaches limiting current, it enters constant current state (Adjusting the potentiometer may not increase output current. Under constant voltage, output current depends only on the load used and changes according to the load).

Setting method of the maximum output current (constant current): Switch to current display, directly short-circuit output terminal and adjust CC potentiometer. The current displayed is the maximum output current.

CV Potentiometer: Turn it clockwise to increase output voltage.

3.Indicators:
CC: Constant current indicator. It is lit when there is constant current (Red).
ON: Output state indicator (Green).
FC: Fast charge indicator (Blue). It is always on when quick charge protocols are triggered successfully.

4.Input & Output Ports:
Input Ports: On the left side. 3 input ways, namely USB male, microUSB, and type-c.
Output Ports: On the right side. Blue 2P terminal as output end.

Accuracy Calibration Ways:
Output voltage calibration: When the digital tube always displays voltage, press and hold SELECT button for more than 3 seconds, then release it, and the digital tube will flash. Short press SELECT, voltage will increase by one unit. Short press ON / OFF button, voltage will decrease by one unit. When output voltage is low, you may press the key several times to change the value to 0.1V. Press and hold SELECT for more than 3 seconds, then release it to exit calibration mode.

Output current calibration: When the digital tube always displays current, press and hold SELECT for more than 3 seconds, and then release it, the digital tube will flash. Short press SELECT, current will increase by one unit. Short press ON/OFF, current will decrease by one unit. You may press the button several times to see the value change by 0.01A. Press and hold SELECT for more than 3 seconds, then release it to exit calibration mode.

Attention: When current is greater than 1A, calibration is more accurate. When output current is less than 0.05A, display error is large. When output current is less than 10-40mA, it may not be displayed.
