Product Introduction:
RVPA11000-1 wideband RF power amplifier uses a P-channel MOSFET as its final amplifier. In the wideband range, it achieves a small signal linear gain of 37dB. Its saturation output power can reach 2W. It has a higher output power when powered at 15V.

2. The input and output must be connected to loads, and the reliable connection must be ensured, because the most feared thing about the power amplifier is the damage caused by the output reflection, even if the time is so short that it is only the moment of switching power;
3. If you need it to work for a long time, it is recommended that you add an external heat sink or let it dissipate heat through other heat conduction methods.
