Cause & Elimination of Troubles:
Case 1: When the handle moves up, water cannot be sucked up.
Solutions:
① Check whether the suction pipe is blocked by garbage.
② Check whether the pressure relief valve is tightened.
Case 2: Weakness when the handle moves down
Solutions:
① Check whether the pressure relief valve is tightened.
② Check whether the sealing ring of piston shaft is damaged.
③ Check whether there is any foreign matter in the one-way valve in outlet connector.
Case 3: The pressure on the pressure gauge is unstable
Solutions:
② There is leakage at the pipe or outlet joint, the sealing ring should be replaced.
③ Leakage at the connection of meter rod, replace the sealing ring.
③ The pressure gauge is damaged, repair the pressure gauge.
Using Method:
1. Install water outlet hose and connect one end to the pump body. (Attention: Be sure to seal when connecting, add a gasket. You can also wrap with PTFE tapes, otherwise it will easily leak)
2. Connect the other end of the water outlet hose to the pipe under test. (Attention: Be sure to wrap with PTFE tapes)
3. After filling the pipe under test with water and expelling the air, close pressure relief valve.
4. Fill water tank with clean water, then shake handle up and down to start pressure test and pressurization.
5. When the reading of pressure gauge rises and the pressure is needed, you can stop increasing pressure at this time. (Normal tap water pressure is 0.3Mpa, high-rise residential building is 0.4Mpa, water pipe test pressure is generally increased to 0.8-1Mpa, tap water 0.1Mpa is 1kg pressure)
6. After back pressure is stopped, if the pressure does not drop on pressure gauge, it can be proved that the pressure resistance of the pipeline is up to the standard; on the contrary, it can be proved that the tightness of the tested pipeline is not up to the standard, and there is a leak that causes the pressure to drop.
