Description:
- ZPB20A2 is a multi-function constant current electronic load, providing 20A, 20V, 100W (three values are not more than) constant current discharge test task.

3 major functions:

FUN1: power adapter, electronic load test, burn-in

FUN2: automated power adapter test

FUN3: battery capacity test and battery accurate internal resistance test.


Features:
- Automatic identification of accurate four line voltage.
- The core load circuit uses the new original IR power MOS, adopts double ball bearing fan, can automatically change the speed according to the radiator temperature.

Battery internal resistance test requirements: battery voltage is not less than 1V, reliable four wire connection, the battery capacity must be greater than 1000mAh, the battery internal resistance is not more than 80mR, otherwise it can not be measured.

Function setting method:
1, hold down the “ ON/OF” press the button to load the 12V power, wait for the self-test and show the Fun* (* below the same number); loosen the “ ON/OF” rotate the knob to switch the function:Fun1 general constant current test load; Fun2 adapter automatic test; Fun3 battery capacity and internal resistance test.
2, after choosing to press “ ON/OF” button to enter the buzzer, the rotary knob set: bEOn buzzer buzzer (bEOF enabled; closed after the closure operation there is no longer any buzzer buzzer sound).
3, after setting up again press “ ON/OF” button to determine and exit the set state.

 

Fun1 general constant current test loadThis feature applies to simple testing and aging of power adapters

Second behavior current display: set the state of digital scintillation. The actual current is displayed when the set state is not in operation (2 seconds after set operation)
Setting method: rotating knob can adjust the current size, press the knob to switch, set the location: 1A or 0.1A, the current setting will flash reminder.
Set up, press &ldquo, ON/OF&rdquo, button, start or stop load.
Test abnormal stop: when tested adapter input voltage is too low, the actual current can not reach the set current, then the buzzer continues to short, more than 3 seconds after the automatic stop testing.
Fun2 adapter automated testing:The function through the preset test time, allowable voltage range and test current, the testing process is automatic detection and automatic test adapter to perform a cycle, and indicate the test result according to the voltage during the test.
The first line shows the power set state, is set to set the order of digital flicker test ***t, high voltage, low voltage limit **.*H limit **.*L (specific reference part, when the display operation knob) setting current when the input voltage.

Methods: set the rotary knob set value by pressing the knob can modify the set position, test time (***t seconds, range 3 to 999), the high voltage limit of **.*H (V, ≤ 22.0V), low voltage limit of **.*L (V, ≥ 1.0V), high voltage and low voltage limit limit must is above 0.3V test current, **.* (A, 0.2-20.0A range can be set by the high voltage range limit value corresponding to the power limit). The test status shows the input voltage; after the test, it shows “ PASS” (through the test); “ U-HI” (voltage ultra high); “ U-Lo” (adapter current is insufficient).
Fun3 battery capacity and internal resistance test:Capacity test function according to the set current, the battery discharge to the set voltage after the stop, statistical capacity Ah, energy capacity Wh, discharge time min, discharge process average voltage and average current.

Capacity test:
After power on, the first line shows the current voltage of the battery being tested.
The second line displays the current setting and is positioned to digitally flicker.
In the four line test, the L4-0K light is on and the two line is not.
When setting the state, the rotating knob can set the current size, switch the button according to the knob and set the position. After the current setting is completed, the voltage is set to **.*E according to the short knob.
After setting, press “ ON/OF” button to start, the first line can display voltage V, capacity AH, energy capacity WH, time min, respectively, by rotating the knob to view independently.
The second line shows that the test process shows the actual current, and the test shows the average current.
In the test process, the short press button can pause the test test, pause again, press the button again to restart the test, and press the button to clear the data.
After the completion of the test automatically press the button to stop the alarm, again press the button to exit, the results show and clear the data.
When the test is completed, the rotation knob switches to show the test data, and the knob is invalid. (after testing is completed, if the test battery capacity is less than 1AH, the average voltage is not displayed)

Start abnormal state:

Err1: the battery voltage is very high.

Err2: the battery voltage is below the set stop voltage, the connection is unreliable or connected to the positive and negative poles.

Err3: the battery load after the battery voltage decreases rapidly and is lower than the end voltage, connecting line too small or too long, the poor quality of the battery.

The resistance test function by DC short pulse compensation operation method for resistance 80mΩ the battery is accurate to 0.1m&Omega, when 5A is enabled; pulse for 9mΩ within the cell can be accurate to 0.01m&Omega (low resistance to enable; 5A pulse).

Internal resistance test:

In the set mode of capacity test mode, enter the internal resistance test mode by pressing the knob. When the battery voltage is higher than 1V, auto start test (RUN light up), pay attention to the reliable four wire connection, and the line should be short and thick.

The first line shows the battery four wire test voltage.

The second line shows that the r1A can select the enable r5A (auto 5A pulse) by adjusting the knob.


Press “ ON/OF” button can exit internal resistance test function, long press button is invalid.
