Instruction:
- Test running: the output clip is separated and empty, without connecting the battery. Insert the charger into 220V mains power first, and the display screen will show. Display the main interface 1-2 seconds later. The default delivery is 3.65V 10A output (or output the voltage and current values set before the last shutdown)
- Before charging, select the charger's output voltage and current based on the type and capacity of the battery to be charged. Lithium iron phosphate battery with a voltage of 3.65V. Ternary polymer 4.20V. Lithium titanate battery 2.70V. The charging current can be set according to the capacity of the battery. It is generally recommended to charge lithium batteries with a maximum current of 0.3C (C refers to the total capacity of the battery, for example, a 100AH lithium battery, 100 * 0.3C=30A). Actually, it doesn't matter if the current is slightly larger or smaller.
- The default shipping output is 3.65V with a maximum current of 10A. Suitable for charging lithium iron phosphate monomers. If other different voltage and current outputs are required. Press the knob twice to read the preset voltage and current data, turn the knob left and right to switch to other voltage and current data, and press the knob once to confirm. If the default 8 sets of voltage and current values are not suitable, the output voltage and current values can also be manually set.
- Method for manually setting voltage and current values: In the main interface, turn the knob to the left to see the voltage number flashing below the preset. Press down to rotate and confirm, then rotate left and right to decrease or increase the voltage value. After reaching the desired preset voltage value, press the knob again to confirm. The current can be set according to the above steps.
- After confirming that the charger voltage is correct, clip in the battery and keep it in the main interface state. The charger will display data such as charging voltage, current, power, and charging capacity. Whether it is fully charged can be directly determined by the displayed charging current. If the charging current is 0 or close to 0, it is fully charged.
Precaution:
- In the normal main interface. Press the knob once to turn off the device. At this point, the charger has no output, only the display screen lights up. Press the knob again to turn on the device.
- In the normal main interface. Press and hold the knob to enter the system settings. Change the preset voltage and current data.
- Single charger with reverse polarity protection function. When plugged in for the first time, there is no voltage (or negative voltage) on the output clamp. Only when clamped on the battery and the positive and negative poles are correct, will charging current be generated. If it is in reverse. There will still be no voltage on the output clamp, and no charging current will be generated.
