- The product comes with input and output lines and clips. Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles when charging. - Adjust the voltage of the charger without load first, set the current knob in a lower position (which is important), and then clip the battery for charging.
- Lithium batteries are usually charged with a current of 0.3C. You can adjust the current knob according to the battery capacity, and then increase the current knob according to the battery capacity. (C refers to the total capacity of the battery, for example, a 100AH lithium battery, 100 * 0.3C=30A)
- The voltage and current can be adjusted according to the type of battery and the tolerance of the protective board. General usage method: Do not connect the battery, plug the charger into 220V first, as there is no load and the current display is 0. Adjust the voltage knob according to the type of battery being charged. For single cell charging, adjust the iron lithium to 3.65V and the polymer to 4.2V. Do not adjust it too high! Setting too high may cause lithium battery explosion and fire!
- After clamping the battery, do not adjust the voltage knob again. Charge 3S polymer to 12.5-12.7V, charge 4S lithium iron phosphate to 14.5-14.7V. Adjust the voltage before charging the battery. The charger will stop charging the battery to a certain voltage when it reaches the setting value. So the fully charged self stop function is only suitable for single lithium batteries, which have a voltage not exceeding 4.2V (without the need for a protective board). However, when charging multiple strings with a 3-15V (or 0-15V) charger without a protective board or in a disconnected state, the battery must have a properly functioning protective board on it, otherwise it is easy to damage the battery! Do not work at full capacity during the hot season.
