Description:

- Its driver board is a dedicated IGBT driver board, powered by multiple-way independent power supply. It is designed with negative voltage shutdown. Negative voltage shutdown can make IGBT really complete shutdown, more effective protection of IGBT due to malfunction, greater driving capacity and higher efficiency! The driver board boasts over-current, short-circuit, low-voltage and over-temperature protection. It also has an intelligent temperature control auxiliary fan socket [fan current up to 12V 0.3A]. - The 4000W board adopts a dedicated IGBT driver board using 4pcs high-power to-274 IGBT. The 5000W board adopts a dedicated IGBT driver board using 4pcs high-power to-3PL IGBT. The 8000W board adopts a dedicated IGBT driver board using 12pcs high-power to-3PL IGBT.
