Description:
It is a low-power induction heating machine with a DC48V power supply and a maximum current of 100A and a power of 5000W. It is mainly used for heating and quenching of small ferrous metal materials. It can be used with our 70mL or 150mL graphite crucibles up to 1600°C. It easily melts metals such as iron, copper, gold, silver, aluminum, etc.

- Power supply R48-3000e3 and ZXD3000 are available. Except for the appearance, the weight and other parameters of these two kinds are exactly the same. Due to the shortage of power supplies, they will be delivered at random. Thank you for your understanding!
Precautions:
1. If you use your own power supply, please ensure that the power supply can stably output a current of more than 100A. In general, use two 50A communication power supplies in parallel.
2. Power on/off sequence: first supply power to the power supply, wait a few seconds for the power supply to output stably, then turn on the power supply between the power supply and the motherboard (it is recommended to use a 100A air switch), and finally press the switch button next to the green interface. Please make sure to do it correctly, because wrong operation will burn out the motherboard (without special protection). When shutting down, first turn off the switch button, then turn off the air switch between the motherboard and the power supply, and finally turn off the power switch.
3. The equipment must work with water cooling and air cooling at the same time. If any of them do not work, you should disconnect the power immediately and contact us for solutions.
4. When conditions permit, it is recommended to use the mode of cold water entering and hot water being discharged directly, rather than the circulation method, ensuring better heat dissipation effect.
5. For users who use crucibles for a long time, please prepare more crucibles, because when graphite is heated at high temperature, it will react with oxygen to generate carbon dioxide and gradually consume the crucibles.
6. Always pay attention to the changes of various parameters of display screen, especially the voltage and current and the temperature of the motherboard. Once an abnormality is found, the power supply must be disconnected immediately.
7. When using a graphite crucible, a non-circulating water cooling method must be used (input cold water and discharge hot water into the sewer) to prevent the long-term high water temperature from affecting the service life (this water-cooling method is also recommended for long-term high-power operation ). After heating, the 12V auxiliary power supply must not be disconnected unless the crucible is taken out from the heating coil, otherwise the water pump will stop working and the heating coil will be burned out by the temperature of the crucible.
