7.000-7.100MHz PLL Version CW Transceiver Kit Telegraph Shortwave Radio Unassembled For Rock Bending

Description:
This version for Rock Bending is a PLL version of SWL-40 kit. We have carried out ultimate transformation of its productization, adding a PLL frequency adjustment circuit.

Features:
1. Use PIC18F1320 MCU as main control, built-in PLL local oscillator module (pre-welded, stamp hole plate, support calibration setting), with frequency indicator circuit (using seven-segment LED digital tube, display unit is 1KHz), working frequency coverage 7.000-7.100MHz, 1KHz or 100Hz stepping (free switching).
2. Receiving using NE602 mixing, intermediate frequency using crystal filter, NE602 multiplication detection + audio active filter circuit, intermediate frequency supports calibration settings.
3. Use 3pcs BS170 outputs in parallel, high-efficiency Class E amplification, 12V power supply and output power 5W!
4. Relay switching is used for sending and receiving, with the function of delay adjustment of sending report to avoid frequent relay switching and improve the isolation of sending and receiving channels.
5. With the function of automatically sending call signs, it is very convenient to use. MCU uses the original code of our shop, can adjust code speed and side tone frequency, can input call sign by itself (in automatic key mode), and support power-off saving function.
6. PCB board of this kit can be conveniently placed in an 88*30*120mm aluminum case (our shop will roll out a case for Rock Bending).

Circuit Principle:
- The receiving part is a typical superheterodyne circuit. The local oscillator is completed by the PLL. The mixed intermediate frequency signal is filtered by the crystal and sent to the NE602 for multiplication detection, and the audio generated is sent to earphones. The mute circuit is used to turn off the receiving when transmitting.
- The transmitting part uses 74HC08 as the drive circuit, which is connected in parallel to buffer and amplify, and drives BS170 as output. After amplification, it is connected to the antenna after LPF.
