A3977 Features:

- Automatic Current Decay Mode Detection/Selection

- Synchronous Rectification for Low Power Dissipation

- Internal UVLO and Thermal Shutdown Circuitry

- Supplied in a choice of two power packages, a 44-pin plastic PLCC with copper batwing tabs (suffix ED), and a thin (<1.2 mm), 28-pin TSSOP with an exposed thermal pad (suffix LP)

Controller Features:

- Adopts 6N137 high speed optocoupler

- Adopts A3977 chip, with low voltage off, over heat brake, overcurrent protection

- Auto semi-flow, auto turn into semi-flow mode if no stepper pulse in 0.5s

- Max.rated output: +/-3A, running current 7 grades adjustable

- Suit for size 42 or below, 2A two/four phase four/six wire stepper motors

- Auto turn into current holding status if no stepper pulse in 0.5s, 2 grades adjustable
