AD8302 Development Board Wideband Amplitude RF Phase Detector for Impedance Analysis Insertion Loss and Phase Detection
Features:
- AD8302 is an integrated RF IC used to measure the amplitude and phase between two independent input signals. The operating frequency of this device can range from low frequency to 2.7GHz.
- AD8302 is equipped with two precision matched broadband logarithmic amplifiers, a broadband linear multiplier/phase discriminator, a 1.8V precision reference voltage source, and an analog output proportional operation circuit.
- The input signal range is -60dBm to 0dBm (reference impedance 50ohm), and the corresponding dynamic range is 60dB.
- The AD8302 output provides accurate amplitude measurement within the range of+/-30dB, with a slope of 30mV/dB; The phase measurement range is 0 to 180°, with a slope of 10mV/degree.
Application:
- Measurement of insertion loss and phase of an amplifier, filter or mixer
- Measure the vector reflection coefficient of any load
- Impedance analysis
