This is the latest generation ultrasonic injector cleaner upgrade version for CT200. We can cleaning and testing both petrol car and motorcycle injector with this machine.(motorcycle support HONDA YAMAHA SUZUKI SANYANG only)

We can even clean fuel system, throttle valve without disassembly via CT150 (need additional accessories). It is good at remove carbon from your fuel system, testing leaking, Uniformity, inbreathe about injectors

Note:
- This one was for 4 cylinder car (It will fit for 2 cylinder after blocking two test tube)
- The machine work on petrol injector, not for diesel injector

Main Functions:
- Cleaning petrol injector with ultrasonic
- Cleaning spark plug：Put spark plug into cleaning tank ,input clean fluid and begin clean
- Testing injector injection in different situation, check leaking and blocking
- Cleaning injector without disassembly (need extra accessory and extra fee, choose by yourself)
- Cleaning throttle valve without disassembly. (need extra accessory and extra fee, choose by yourself)
- Standard config for top feed injector only (side feed injector adapter need extra fee, choose by yourself
- Cleaning and test motorcycle injector, testing function for HONDA YAMAHA SUZUKI SANYANG injectors only, (need extra accessory and extra fee, choose by yourself)

How does it work?
1. Clean injector's outside with gasoline or cleaning liquid before open machine
2. Putting injectors in ultrasonic bathtub after the outside of injector are free of dirt.
3. Turn on ultrasonic system，pulsed allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles even build-up inside the injectors.
4. Fixed injectors on main machine
5. Testing injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw
6. Performing leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on flow bench.
7. The injectors are now returned to the flow bench for retesting of all functions.
