Functions:
1. LCD Display:
Working normally, LCD displays load input voltage and temperature in the first line. And displays load current, power, capacity and discharge time.

In protection mode, LCD screen displays protection code.

In setting mode, LCD screen displays various setting parameter codes and parameter thresholds.

2. Load Current Adjustment:
Discharge current can be adjusted via a potentiometer.

3. Sound & Light Alarms:
When the load is working, RUN indicator is always on and buzzer does not sound. When the load is off, RUN indicator is off and buzzer does not sound. After entering protection mode, buzzer alarms and RUN indicator flashes.

4. Smart Cooling Fan:
When load discharge power is greater than 10W or load temperature is greater than 40 ℃, it will start automatically.

5. Automatic discharge capacity and discharge time statistics. As long as the load is turned on (RUN indicator is always on), statistics are started. When the load is turned off (RUN indicator is off), statistics are stopped. Statistics data can be stored during power failure. When LCD screen displays discharge capacity or discharge time, press and hold button - to clear the statistics. Before counting, please clear the former statistics. The maximum discharge capacity (OAH) and maximum discharge time (OHP) can be set to on or off in setting mode. Threshold can be set when turned on. When threshold is exceeded, the load is automatically turned off, thereby achieving unattended discharge experiments.

6. Perfect software and hardware protection mechanism, and software protection threshold can be adjusted. After software protection works, output will be turned off.

Hardware protection:
Module power supply port and load input port are protected against reverse connection.

Software protections:
OVP: over-voltage protection (Default 25.5V, can be set by yourself. After over-voltage protection, RUN indicator flashes and LCD interface displays OVP);
OCP: over-current protection (Default 4.10A / 5.10A, can be set by yourself. After over-current protection, RUN indicator flashes and LCD displays OCP);
OPP: Over-power protection (Default 25.5W / 35.5W, which can be set by yourself. After over-power protection, RUN indicator flashes and LCD flashes to show OPP);
OTP: Over-temperature protection (When load temperature is above 80 ℃, over-temperature protection is activated, RUN indicator flashes, and LCD displays OTP);
LVP: Low-voltage protection (Default 1.5V, can be set by yourself. After under-voltage protection, RUN indicator flashes and LCD displays LVP. In applications such as battery discharge testing, setting an appropriate LVP can effectively prevent battery from over-discharging to avoid damage)

7. The load is turned off by default. Press ON / SET to turn it on or off after power on.
8. All settable parameters can be stored after power-off.

Operations:
1.Potentiometer Operation:
The potentiometer is used to adjust load discharge current. Turn clockwise to increase current value. Turn counterclockwise to decrease current.

Precautions:
1.Please read the description carefully before using this product.
2.Power supply voltage should be DC5V, a DC power supply. Do not use AC power. If voltage is too high, the module may be burned after power on.
3.The voltage at the load input should be between DC1.5V-25V. Current should be below 4A (ZK-FX25) or 5A (ZK-FX35).
4.The load input port must not be short-circuited, otherwise the product will be burned.
5.Be careful not to get the module wet, do not short circuit the components on the board, and do not touch the pins and pads of the components on the board with your hands.
