Description:
- BCNet-KV is an economical Ethernet communication processor designed to meet the increasing demand for information technology in factory equipment (equipment network monitoring and production management). It is used for Ethernet data acquisition for Keyence KV series PLC, making it very convenient to build a production management system.
- BCNet-KV adopts a modular design and comes with communication cables. Without occupying the PLC programming port, the programming software/upper computer software monitors PLC data through Ethernet, while the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface x 2.

Features:
- Installed on a 35mm guide rail, COM1 port is directly connected to the RS232 programming communication port of KV, and an extended COM2 port is used for touch screen communication. BCNet-KV can directly obtain power from the KV programming communication port or connect to an external 24VDC power supply.
- Integrated WEB server, device parameters can be set and running diagnostics can be performed through web pages, and login protection passwords can be set to prevent tampering with configuration data.
- The baud rate of the KV programming communication port can be automatically adjusted to meet the needs of large data volume communication.
- Realize Ethernet communication with programming software products for Keyence KV STUDIO, perform program reading/writing (including writing function in RUN)/comparison through Ethernet, and monitor the operation of programmable controllers.
- Supports communication with the upper link protocol for Keyence, allowing for the reading/writing of software component data to the programmable controller through the upper computer system. After selecting the Ethernet driver for Keyence through the upper computer software (for KingView, for OPC server, etc.), it is convenient and fast to access.
- Integrated Modbus TCP server, supporting FC1, FC3, FC5, FC15, FC6, FC16, and automatic mapping of Modbus data area to KV data area.
- Support convenient and fast access to upper level software (programming software KV STUDIO, KingView, MCGS, Force Control, IFIX, INTOUCH, KepWare OPC server, etc.).
