Description:
- BCNet-Q is an economical Ethernet communication processor, which is designed to meet the increasing needs of factory equipment informatization (equipment Network monitoring and production management). It is used for Ethernet data acquisition for Mitsubishi Q series PLC round port, which is very convenient to build a production management system.
- BCNet-Q adopts a modular design with communication cables. Without occupying the PLC programming port, the programming software/upper computer software monitors PLC data through Ethernet, while the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2.
- BCNet-Q supports the vast majority of SCADA software in the industrial control field, and supports two communication methods: for Mitsubishi MC Ethernet protocol and Modbus TCP.

Function:
- Installed on a 35mm rail without the need for external power supply. The COM1 port is connected to the MD6 programming communication port of Q, and the COM2 expansion port is used for touch screen communication.
- Parameter settings and running diagnostics can be performed on devices through a WEB server or the configuration diagnostic tool BCDevice.
- The Baud rate of Q programming communication port is automatically adjusted to meet the needs of Big data communication.
- Supports Ethernet communication for MELSOFT products (for GX Works2, for GX Developer, etc.).
