Description:
- BCNet-XJ is an Ethernet communication processor, which is designed to meet the increasing needs of factory equipment informatization (equipment Network monitoring and production management). It is used for Ethernet data acquisition of multiple series PLC such as XINJIE XC/XD/XL, which is very convenient to build a production management system.
- BCNet-XJ adopts a modular design and comes with a communication cable. Without occupying the PLC programming port, the programming software/upper computer software monitors PLC data through Ethernet, while the touch screen can communicate with the PLC through the multiplexing interface X2.

Function:
- Installed on a 35mm guide rail, COM1 port is directly connected to the MD8 programming communication circular port of XJ, and an extended COM2 port is used for touch screen communication. BCNet-XJ can directly obtain power from the PLC programming communication port or connect to an external 24VDC power supply.
- Integrated WEB server, device parameters can be set and diagnostics can be run through web pages, and login protection passwords can be set to prevent tampering with configuration data.
- Automatically match PLC and HMI serial parameters without additional configuration.
- Realize Ethernet communication with XINJIE programming software XCPPro, and perform program reading/writing (including writing function in RUN)/comparison through Ethernet, as well as programmable controller operation monitoring and other functions.
- Supporting communication with the XINJIE Ethernet protocol, the programmable controller can read/write software component data through the upper computer system. After selecting the XINJIE Ethernet driver through the upper computer software, it is convenient and fast to access.
- Integrated Modbus TCP server, supporting FC1, FC2, FC3, FC5, FC6, FC16, with Modbus data area corresponding to the software component address of XINJIE PLC.
- With Modbus TCP communication protocol or port mapping, advanced language (such as VB, VC, C #, etc.) programming can be realized, and data communication with XINJIE PLC can be realized to facilitate the development of production management system.
- It can achieve XCPPro, BCNetTCP transparent transmission, and Modbus TCP connection methods, allowing 6 PCs to simultaneously collect PLC data, and the connection protocol can be used arbitrarily.
- Support firmware updates on the user side through Ethernet.
