BSIDE P5 is a perfect vector network analyzer. It is small, handheld, and features a stand-alone 3.98-inch LCD display. It is equipped with a portable, built-in 3000mAh lithium battery and supports a maximum charging current of 2A.

The improved frequency algorithm utilizes the odd harmonic extension of the SI5351, allowing measurement frequencies up to 1.5GHz. The 50K-300MHz frequency range of the SI5351's direct output offers better than 70dB dynamic range. The extended 300M-900MHz band provides better than 60dB, and the 900M-1.5GHz band offers better than 40dB dynamic range.

The default firmware is primarily designed for antenna performance measurements. The TX/RX method can measure the full range of S11 and S21 parameters. To obtain S12 and S22, you will need to manually adjust the transceiver port wiring.

By using the PC software NanoVNASaver, you can connect BSIDE P5 VNA to the NanoVNA, extract data for display on a computer, and save it as a Touchstone file. This allows you to export Touchstone (.snp) files for use with various radio design and simulation software.

The metal shield design reduces external interference and enhances measurement accuracy.
