Description:
The China-made USB interface adapter is fully compatible with the imported USB-TO-GPIO 2006 version. It supports official online upgrade for TI, such as 1.0.xx and 2.0.xx and other firmware supported by all imported boards can be directly upgraded or downgraded by USB.

USB-TO-GPIO with isolation function uses the magnetic isolation technology (for ADI) to achieve stable performance, high speed, low power consumption, high reliability, and small-sized and highly integrated digital isolation. Its power supply is isolated by Flyback. It can achieve complete electrical isolation of input and output.

This EVM serves as an interface adapter or a bridge between a host PC and one or multiple targeted devices through a standard type-A to mini-B USB cable. The communication between the USB interface adapter and the host PC is via USB, while the communication between the USB interface adapter and the target device(s) is through an inter-integrated circuit (I2C), SMBus, PMBus, general-purpose inputs and outputs GPIOs or both. The bridge converts communication transactions between the USB and serial protocols. It is also compatible with USB-PMBus Adapter Kit KEP91017 for FLEX.
