The 2nd Gen. CONSPIT hydraulic system with dual-stage cylinders
- The dual-stage hydraulic cylinder design provides a two-stage pedal feel, simulating the actual working state of wheel cylinder pistons in a real car's braking system, to deliver a more precise braking experience. The preload force of the front and rear stages can be independently adjusted, allowing drivers to personalize and fine-tune the system according to their individual preferences.
- When the brake pedal is pressed, hydraulic fluid flows through the damping holes into the elastomer cylinder, pushing the piston. Initially, the softer front-stage elastomer is compressed, creating a softer initial pedal feel. As the piston continues to move, both the front and rear elastomers are compressed simultaneously, resulting in a firmer pedal feel in the later stage.

20Mpa high-precision hydraulic sensor
