Using instruction:
- Conventional use: The transmitter and receiver of the opposed photoelectric sensor are installed relative to each other on the same optical axis. When there is an object between them, detect the object based on the change in transmission light and output it.
- Installation instructions: It can be directly installed on the installation hole or bracket.
- Adjustment instructions: Align the transmitter with the receiver and connect both to the power supply. At this point, the green LED should remain permanently on. If the orange LED is also constantly on, it is necessary to check whether the photoelectric switch is on the same optical axis or if there are objects blocking it.
- Object detection: Place the detected object in the emitting beam, so that the light spot falls on the object. If the receiver does not detect an object, the orange LED will light up.
- Maintenance measures: It is recommended that you regularly clean the specular surface and check if the connectors and screws are loose.
