- Operational Method
1. The common rail injector is directly connected or loaded into the clamp and connected to the common hand pressure calibrator.
2. Select the appropriate plug according to the injector brand and then connect the wiring harness to the injector.
3. According to the injector brand, select the corresponding drive mode. At this time, you can hear the injector solenoid valve suction armature "pa,pa" sound.
4. Provide the proper injection pressure by continuously lowering the lever of the calibrator. The general pressure value is 30-40MPA, and the atomization performance of the injector can be observed at this time.
Through the external cylinder, fuel oil quantity and return oil quantity of fuel injector can be detected.
Maintenance and precautions
1.To ensure the service life of the instrument, the instrument should not be used in direct sunlight, the place should be more level, is strictly prohibited to fall, touch.
2.It is strictly forbidden to use strong solvent (such as: stupid, nitro oil) to clean the casing
3.Instrument external interface shall be used strictly according to the method stated in the instruction manual, and the connection shall not be altered without authorization.The instrument is impulse driven to the injector and can not be measured by the general multimeter.When this table fails during use, the plug shall be immediately removed and returned to the manufacturer for three packet service.
4.
