CX-1000A 1000W High Voltage Power Supply Plasma Power Supply Designed For Cellular Electric Field
Description:
The power supply adopts stainless steel casing and optimized high-voltage package, and comprehensively reduces heat generation. The new technology and optimized circuit make it worked more stably and reliably.
This high-voltage power supply can be used for air fume purification, restaurant kitchen fume purification, cellular electric fields, and tubular electric fields. The power supply is protected against ignition, over-current, short-circuit and over-temperature. The power supply is controlled by program. At the same time, the power supply can automatically adjust output voltage according to the ignition degree of electric field to realize intelligent protection. At the same time, the corresponding protection function and ignition sensitivity gears can be selected through dip switch on the circuit board according to users' preference.
Precaution:
1. This high-voltage power supply must not work without load. Please connect a load (purifier electric field) before powering on. Although the power supply has an open circuit protection function, 100% effective protection cannot be guaranteed when power supply is high, and in extremis, power supply is probably be damaged.
2. Ensure that the connection of high-voltage output line to the load end is reliable and cannot be loosened, otherwise the joint will be burnt out due to long-term arcing at the joint and the power supply will easily enter protection state.
3. Never disconnect the load during the operation of the power supply. It is dangerous for both the power supply and people.

Multiple Protections:
1. Multi-level Ignition Automatic Protection: The power supply has 4 gears to adjust output voltage. When the power supply has continuous high-voltage ignition on a load, the output voltage will automatically decrease by one level. If the level of ignition is reduced or disappear, the power supply will automatically rise back to the set voltage value after 1 second of operation, but if frequent ignition occurs again within 1 second, the output voltage will decrease again by one gear until it is continuously lowered for 3 gears. If there is still frequent fire in the electric field, the power supply will turn off the output and red alarm indicator will flash. If the reset restart function is turned on, the power supply will restart again after 5 seconds.
2. Short-Circuit Protection: When the load is short-circuited, the power supply will automatically lower to the lowest gear for output. If the short-circuit point disappears, the output voltage will automatically rise back to the set value. But when the load end of the power supply is still short-circuited, the power supply will cut off output, and the red alarm indicator flashes. If the reset restart function is turned on, the power supply will restart again after 1 second.
3. Over-Current Protection: When the working current of the power supply is too large, the high-voltage power supply will automatically turn off the high-voltage output, and the red alarm indicator will flash. If the reset restart function is turned on, the power supply will restart again after 1 second.
4. Over-Temperature Protection: When the internal temperature of the power supply exceeds 75℃, it will shut down high-voltage output. When the temperature is lower than 75°C, the power supply can automatically restore high-voltage output.
5. Open Circuit & Over-Voltage Protections: When the power supply high-voltage line and electric field are disconnected, the power supply will shut off high-voltage output. After repeated restarts, the power supply locks up.
Gears Introduction:
1st Gear:
- Dip switch 1 turns upwards: After protection occurs, the power supply turns off the output, and automatically resets and restarts after 5 seconds.
- Dip switch 1 turns downwards: After the protection occurs, the power supply turns off the output and does not reset.
2nd Gear:
- Dip switch 2 turns upwards: After power on, you need to press Start button to start the power.
- Dip switch 2 turns downwards: After power-on, the power supply starts automatically.
3rd Gear & 4th Gear:
- Dip switches 3 and 4 turn downwards: Spark protection and short circuit protection detection are high sensitivity (level 1) (sensitive detection);
- Dip switch 3 turns upwards and 4 turns downwards: Spark protection and short circuit protection detection are medium sensitivity (level 2) (the detection is more sensitive);
- Dip switch 3 turns downwards and 4 turns upwards: Spark protection and short circuit protection detection are medium and low sensitivity (level 3) (the detection is more sensitive);
- Dip switches 3 and 4 turn upwards: Spark protection and short circuit protection detection is low sensitivity (level 4) (detection is not sensitive).
Attention:
- The selection of dip switches needs to be set before power-on each time. Once the power is turned on, it cannot be set.
- The factory default setting of the power supply is: Automatically start after power-on. After protection, the power supply will automatically reset and restart after 5 seconds.
