Precaution:

- Only non-administrator accounts are allowed to use facial recognition for Win10/11.
- Facial recognition is based on the Windows system biometric framework. Some computer biometric devices are missing and cannot be used. Please contact customer service for technical support.
- The eye tracking function requires the installation of drivers and software for Glance. Installing drivers is also very simple.
- The C port of the cameras can be connected to either the A port or the C port of the computer, but be careful not to go through the docking station. Our standard cable is C-A, and connecting to the C port of the computer requires self wiring.

Description:
- Eye tracking: you need to download the software for glance to use this function, support off-screen locking, anti-peeping, mouse following, sitting posture reminder, rest reminder, etc.
- Microphone: built-in high-sensitivity omnidirectional microphone.
- HUB: with 2 USB-HUB (USB expansion port), which can be connected to USB devices such as USB flash drive, mouse, keyboard, etc. Because the facial recognition camera needs to occupy the USB port of the host, two USB ports are separated for convenient use.
- D series 2K4K: High definition facial recognition camera is a multifunctional camera that combines eye tracking camera and high-definition camera. The secondary camera is 720P and needs to be switched during video recording. 2K is recognized by the computer as photo 2K and video 2K with a frame rate of 30; 4K is recognized as 4K for photos and 2K for videos at a frame rate of 30 frames per second on a computer, and requires OBS recognition as 4K at 15 frames per second.

Installation Instruction:
- Confirm that the system is WIN10.11.
- Confirm that the account is non-Administrator.
- By connecting a TYPE-C interface data cable to a computer and installing a driver, facial recognition can be entered.
- Attach the base to the top of the monitor or place it on a desktop, or secure it with a desktop tripod so that it faces the face.
