1. Send the attenuation coefficient command: change the attenuation coefficient (the end symbol is "enter /n/r"); the format is: att-xxx.xx
2. Response value signal: The format is: attOK
3. When using TTL serial communication, the baud rate is 9600
4. Read data format: READ (Enter/n/r)
5. USB communication is STM32F4 virtual serial port, no need to set baud rate
