DC42MCR Genset Controller Generator Controller 2.8" LCD Screen for Diesel Gasoline Gas Genset
1. Summary
This series controller is specially designed for ultra-low temperature working range (-40 to 70℃), mainly used in Diesel / Gasoline / Gas Genset Start, Stop, Parameters monitoring, faults-checking as well as data setting.
2.8" LCD screen display with with heating function. the UI design of analog pointer and digital display can display a variety of generator set parameters and states at the same time, and can effectively implement alarm protection and stop when the generator set is not working normally.
There are Chinese/English interface options, more language can be set according to user’s request. All the parameters can be configured through the front face buttons or use programmable interface by RS485 or USB to adjust via PC. It can be widely applied for all kinds of automatic control system of gensets.
2. Model Comparison
There are two Models under DC42MR series.
- DC42MR: Used for single machine automation. Start/Stop through remote start signal. At the same time Mains monitoring and AMF (Mains/Generator automatic switching control), especially suitable for the automation system composed by mains and genset. Standard RS485 port.
- DC42MCR: Based on DC42MR: Change the speed sensor (MPU) detection to CAN communication interface, and adapt to more than 40 kinds of engines.

- With the event recording function, it can save 100 groups of alarm records, including the relevant parameters of the unit when a fault alarm occurs; it can save 5000 system logs, which is convenient for finding the cause of the fault
- Totally 6 relay's output. Among them, 2 high-power relay outputs and 4 high-power MOSFET outputs. The function is configurable, and each channel has more than 20 kinds of functions to choose from
- With 4 switches input, up to 20 functions optional
- 3 sensor simulation input connectors, the oil pressure sensor is compatible with voltage signal input, and various display units can be configured
- Battery charging control function,which can protect the battery according to battery voltage status
