 Delivery Policy

Total delivery time is composed of two parts: processing time and actual shipping time.
Processing time refers to the time from when your payment is received to when we collect and pack your order. Our processing takes 1-2 working days normally. The second

part is the actual shipping time. This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the major destination. All goods will be shipping via air mail

(except parcel over 2kg).Shipping time depends on the Shipping Method you choose or which country you are in.

Please sprcify the declared value when you place order if the producets need to be shipped by Express (DHL,Fedex,EMS....)，Thus we could process order quickly,if there is no message left,normally we declare 30-50usd for small packages and less than 200usd for large parcels.

Please make sure the Zip code and city name is correct( corresponding), otherwise the order processing will be delayed untill correct information provided.

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be

delayed for further verification.

Pls note the shipping method maybe change
1.if the goods related to following type: Battery
2, Heavy goods over than 2kg as it can not send via air mail
3, When goods can not shipped as different countries' customs regulation via specified shipping method.eg. Brazil can not ship via DHL for the difficult of declaration process,but EMS is OK
4,Special goods which shipping company requires to change shipping method
