Description:
This is a development board targeted at FPGA beginners or junior students to learn digital logic design. This board selects the FPGA chip of INTEL ALTERA for the following reasons:
1. Quqartus II compile speed is very fast, ISE and Vivado used by Xilinx FPGA are 2-3 times faster. This allows learners to make more code modifications and attempts per unit time.
2. Quqartus II will display the details of how many logic resources and memory resources are used in units of modules, so that the designer can better understand the corresponding hardware generated by the hardware description language (verilog HDL).
