It features three functions: voltage stabilization, interference isolation, and voltage transformation (capable of outputting 220V, 110V, 100V, and 230V). It is equivalent to a regulated power supply plus an isolation transformer with variable voltage output! It operates without transformer hum and delivers an output of 3000W.

Unstable voltage, fluctuating between high and low, can be incredibly frustrating—only those who have experienced it truly understand.

Our equipment operates on a 220V power supply, designed to accommodate a voltage fluctuation of ±10% (198-242V), within which it can function normally. While voltage fluctuations may not significantly impact general operations, they can indeed have a substantial effect on audio equipment!

To address voltage issues, a transformer can be utilized. For instance, if our product operates at 240V, we would create a transformer with a 240V input and a 220V output. Similarly, for a 230V voltage, we would design a transformer with a 230V input and a 220V output. Guided by this principle, we have developed a specialized transformer. This transformer features eight inputs: 215V, 220V, 225V, 230V, 235V, 240V, 245V, and 250V, with an output of 220V (optional). By connecting to different taps based on the input voltage, the output is consistently maintained at 220V (optional).

During operation, if the voltage changes—for instance, from 230V to 240V—using a switch to disconnect from the 230V tap and connect to the 240V tap would typically cause a power interruption and potentially damage the speakers due to the resulting surge. However, our team is highly skilled in microcontroller circuits and automation control technology. We utilize advanced and well-established techniques, along with microcontrollers, to effectively solve this problem!

Alternating current (AC) continuously changes direction, resulting in a point known as the zero-crossing point where the voltage effectively equals zero. Switching taps at this precise moment is imperceptible to the audio system—CD playback continues without interruption or the slightest hiccup, and the speakers remain completely free of any switching noise. This achieves a flawless live switching experience! This entire process is managed by a control system composed of microcontrollers. Initially, the voltage detection circuit monitors the mains voltage, while the AC zero-crossing detection circuit identifies the zero-crossing point. The microcontroller then calculates and issues the command to switch taps at the zero-crossing point, thereby achieving the goal of voltage stabilization!

The left screen displays the input voltage, while the right screen shows the output voltage. The central dial features eight numbers ranging from 215V to 250V, corresponding to the taps on the transformer. For example, if the input display reads 245V, select 245V; if the input is 230V, then choose 230V. When powering up, users can freely adjust the voltage without any interruption to the power supply, ensuring the audio system remains completely unaffected and the speakers are free from any impact.

AUTO mode represents automatic voltage stabilization. The computer selects the appropriate tap based on the input voltage, maintaining the output at around 220V (optional)!

OFF means the output is turned off, with the system disabling the output. If you turn off the power, it is recommended to turn off the air switch as well.
