Installation Questions & Solutions:
1. How to deal with no effect after installation
A. First confirm that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna end, and it is above -50dbm, and whether the signal indication scale is full.
B. Make sure that the amplifier, antenna and other related accessories are selected correctly.
C. Confirm that all lines, distributors, antennas, and amplifiers are connected correctly.

2. After installation, the signal is improved, but no calls can be made
A. Confirm that the outdoor antenna is aligned with the base station.
B. Confirm that the communication distance between the outdoor antenna and the base station is within 5 kilometers.
C. Confirm that the line between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier is not more than 40m/131.2ft, not more than 20m/65.6ft is appropriate, and not less than 10m/32.8ft.
D. If the problem persists, replace the amplifier with a higher power or ask a professional to check and deal with it.

3. Bad call quality
A. Change the installation position and direction of the outdoor antenna.
B. Change the direction of the signal transmission line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier (take the straightest and nearest line, don't turn the line too much, don't turn at a 90-degree angle).
C. Confirm whether the line from the outdoor antenna to the amplifier uses a coaxial cable above 50/70 ohm -5D.
D. Confirm whether the distance between the outdoor antenna and the indoor antenna is too close (too close will cause self-excitation), try to be more than 20m/65.6ft away, preferably separated by walls, floors and other objects to prevent the signal emitted by the indoor amplifier from being received by the indoor antenna to form a loop amplification (self-excitation).

4. The signal is improved after installation, but the coverage is not large
A. Confirm the signal strength of the outdoor antenna.
B. Make sure that the line length between the outdoor antenna and the amplifier should not exceed 30m/98.4ft, the line connector is correct and intact, and the distributor is not connected too much.
C. Use a more powerful cell phone signal amplifier.

5. Treatment of interference to communication base stations
A. The cause is that the upstream power of the amplifier is too high or it is too close to the base station.
B. The solution is to change the installation position of the outdoor antenna to the south base station. Or choose an amplifier with a relatively small power.

6. Sometimes there is no signal, while sometimes there is signal
A. It is caused by self-excitation of the amplifier.
B. The treatment method is to confirm that the input and output connectors are correct and the shielding is good.
C. Make sure that the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 12m/39.4ft. It is best to separate the indoor and outdoor antennas with a wall.

7. The mobile phone shows the signal is full, but phone calls cannot be made
A. This situation is caused by insufficient uplink power of the amplifier, or weak outdoor antenna signal.
B. Confirm that the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 12m/39.4ft. It is best to separate the indoor and outdoor antennas with a wall.
C. Confirm that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna end, and the signal is above (-50dbm), and the signal indication scale is full.
