Attention:

There is no temperature difference in the sensor package. The temperature difference inside the package will affect the accuracy of the thermometer measurement. The following factors will cause the temperature difference: the hot electron on the back of the sensor, the heater / cooler on the back of the sensor, or when a hot / cold object approaches the sensor. Heats the sensing element and heats the thermometer package. Whenever possible, avoid using operations that cause thermal gradients or isolate the sensor from the environment.
