In the development process of 110KG waterproof servo, models for FUTABA and HITEC related levels were used for reference.
    
The shell is made of 7075T6 aluminum alloy CNC precision manufacturing and has been hard anodized to ensure its strength and corrosion resistance. The internal gears are made of German SUS416 stainless steel and are heat treated. After the double teeth are riveted, they are strengthened by laser welding to ensure reliability under high stress conditions. The motor in the servo adopts a special brushed motor, retains the magnetic guard ring to ensure its working efficiency, and strengthens its heat dissipation performance to ensure the reliability of long-time work and locked-rotor. The front and rear double ball bearings, Chinese highest-quality commutator, imported carbon brushes, steel sheet for Kawasaki silicon and enameled wire for Hitachi are all used to ensure the performance and quality of this servo.

The lubricating grease used in the gearbox of this servo is suitable for working in an environment of -30℃ to +60℃. The upper and lower joint surfaces adopt custom-made silicone gaskets, the output shaft adopts an oil seal seal, and the outlet end also adopts a waterproof connector. Therefore, this servo can also be used in rainy or humid environments.

The circuit part of this servo is developed by ourselves. It uses a non-contact magnetic encoder to sense position, superior to those for FUTABA and HITEC using potentiometers. In addition, we have equipped with shock-absorbing gaskets and servo pressure plates, which are more intimate to use.
