Functions:
- Firmware upgrade: Use the host computer software IOTService or through the Web to upgrade the firmware of the products in the LAN, without the need for operators to go to the site to upgrade each device through the serial port. Batch upgrade can be achieved through IOTService software
- Network remote firmware upgrade: After uploading the firmware through an Internet server,  industrial control products will be automatically upgraded
- Custom registration package mechanism: After the device establishes TCP communication with the target server, it automatically sends a data package that can customize its content. This data packet can be used as a unique identification code for the device. The server can identify this data packet, and subsequent data can be placed in the same database. Users can customize the content of the registration package and the sending mode of the registration package
- Custom subcontracting function: Users can customize the data frame header and frame end subcontracting, custom byte length subcontracting, custom time subcontracting and other rules. Custom subcontracting 5Byte/5ms
- Custom data heartbeat: Users can customize the content and sending interval of a heartbeat data packet. After the product sends network data packets, after reaching the sending interval, it will automatically send out the set heartbeat data packets, and maintain the TCP link between the device and the server through this data heartbeat packet, or use this custom heartbeat packet to do some functional applications
- Fast serial port command configuration: The serial port device sends a series of data packets that conform to the parameter configuration rules to the serial port of the IoT factory device, which can quickly set the parameters of the IoT factory device at one time
- Packet filtering: The user can set the "label" of the data packet. In a string of data, only the data in the frame header and frame end that meet the "tag" regulations are valid data and will be transmitted. And other parts will be discarded, so as to achieve the function of packet filtering
- 3-way Socket: The product supports 3-way network link, which can be any combination of TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, and UDP Client mode at the same time, which can be used for data transmission, multi-server backup and remote abnormal diagnosis
- Http Client: The data packets received by the device through the serial port are directly sent to the web server through the HTTP protocol, without the development of TCP Server, and the data storage and other operations can be realized by using scripting languages such as PHP and ASP. - KeepAlive: By default, the product has underlying heartbeat packets in the TCP link to maintain the stability of TCP, which can effectively avoid invalid links caused by abnormal disconnection. Users can modify the sending time of KeepAlive through the tool
- Parameter import/export: After reading the configuration parameters of the device through the IOTService software tool, the configuration parameters of the device can be modified in batches
