Precaution:
- In order to suppress the reverse electromotive force of relay coil, it is recommended to parallelize bidirectional TVS diodes or varistor with the coil (the voltage is 1.5-2 times of the rated voltage). If diodes are used, the release time of the relay will be greatly prolonged, which may lead to a decline in the cut-off performance. Please note.
- The rated values in the contact parameters are all values under resistive load. When using an inductive load with L/R>1ms, please install a surge current protection device for that load. Without taking measures, it may lead to a decrease in electrical lifespan and poor continuity. Please consider sufficient margin space in the design.
- This electrical appliance is a high-voltage DC switching device, which may cause high-temperature failure when the service life and load capacity specified in the manual are exceeded. Therefore, a protective circuit that can cut off the load in emergency situations should be used. As a product with limited lifespan, it should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure safety.
- Please avoid adhering foreign objects such as grease to the outgoing end. Please use connecting wires with a size of 10mm2 or above. When installing the load end, ensure that the power cord is tightly attached to the outgoing end. Please install and tighten in the order of flat washers, spring washers, and nuts, or directly use self-locking nuts. Contamination or incorrect connection sequence at the lead-out end may cause severe overheating and lead to melting of the insulation layer of the connecting cable.
- To prevent looseness during product installation, please use a ring. Please control the locking torque within the recommended range. If it exceeds the range, it may cause damage to the casing. When using screws, ensure that the thickness and strength of the ring are sufficient, otherwise it may deform and break the shell.
