Description:
DCT1158W is a universal, economical, plug-in, time difference ultrasonic flowmeter.
It is easy to install, without the need to stop production on site, enabling customers to easily measure pipeline flow. The most advanced digital correlation technology and intelligent adaptive sound wave technology makes its measurement stability more outstanding. At the same time, it uses the patented acoustic focusing technology to significantly improve the signal reception quality of the product during continuous measurement.

It consists of transmitter and sensor. The plug-in probe can be installed online with pressure, featuring stable installation and no need to stop production on site. Particularly suitable for flow measurement of a single liquid medium containing a small amount of particles and bubbles.

It adopts advanced modular integrated design, independent menu operation, and LCD backlight display. The protection level of the transmitter is IP65, and the protection level of the sensor is IP68, which is suitable for use in harsh environments, including humidity and soaked places.

It fits for solar, Rem power, explosion-proof and other functional modules to meet your needs.

In the transmitter menu, input your pipe diameter, pipe wall thickness, pipe material, medium, and probe installation method to calculate the installation distance of the probe. After completing electrical connection and welding of the base, the probe and ball valve can be installed for on-site measurement.
