Description:
KE848 is an economical and small-volume manual tension controller, suitable for magnetic powder brakes/clutches with a driving torque of less than 10 kgm. It is typically used in electronic material laminating machines or film laminators, labeling machines and printing machines for waste discharge tension control.
Features:
-Power supply: 24V power supply, multiple units can share a switching power supply, the connector is pluggable, and the wiring is more convenient.
-Switch: Press the knob and release it, the display is off, and 0 current is output. Press the knob again and release it to return to the original value.
-Current limit: over 3.0 A, automatic protection.
Functions:

-Percentage voltage output, 0~24V knob adjustment, digital display
-Short circuit protection, overload protection
Operating Instructions:
-Rotate the knob to adjust the output voltage, output voltage = input voltage*percentage.
-If the current exceeds 3A, it will flash and display OVE to indicate that the load is overloaded. At the same time, the output voltage is kept at so that the load does not exceed 3A.
-It can be used as a switch by pressing the knob. When it is off, there is no display and the output is 0V.
