Precaution:
- Added a heat dissipation enhanced version with a large radiator, reducing the operating temperature by about 10 degrees to meet the standard of warmth. It can now be controlled to around 50 degrees in air-conditioned rooms during summer.
- Not all headphones need headphone amplifiers. For example, for SENNHEISER MOMENTUM 4, IE80 and AKG's Q460 are designed for direct push. You'd better buy a good player. Even if you use headphone amplifier for these headphones, they may not improve greatly; LA5 MOS-FET is designed for high-end headphones such as HD600, HD650, HD800, DT880, T1, K601, K701, etc. We have reference tuning for most headphones.
- All components of this headphone amplifier are designed with specificity in mind. Do not consider polishing the machine or replacing the operational amplifier, especially since the LA5s operational amplifier operates at voltages above 2x20V. Most operational amplifiers will burn out directly, which can even damage the machine.
- This headphone amplifier has high gain and high power, so it is not suitable for small in-ear plugs.
- As for the sound quality of LA5SE, the voice is strong and warm, with a wide soundstage, clear imaging, calm and composed, and excellent transient resolution. When paired with tuned instruments ranging from K701, HD650, HD800 to 600 Euro DT880 and T1, it performs exceptionally well.
