Description:
The 6-axis fiber alignment stage adopts 6 sets of imported crossed roller guides and 9 micrometer heads. It boasts a compact structure, high precision and an excellent load capacity. Each of its XYZ axes has a micrometer head for coarse and fine adjustment respectively. The travel for coarse adjustment is ±6.5 mm and the resolution can reach 10μm. The fine adjustment travel is ±0.3mm and the resolution of fine adjustment can reach 0.5μm. There are 3 angle adjustment axes. The θx axis rotation range is ±3°, with a resolution of 0.49'. The θZ axis rotation range is ±4° and the resolution is 0.55'.
