LW1650 long portable antenna is a simple kit containing all necessary components . It is a simple and effective rapid deployment shortwave antenna. The antenna assembly comprises about 16.2 meters of insulated copper wire ( antenna element ) , 12 meters of cable rope ( in two volumes ), 9: Balun 1 and 6 meters of 50 ohm coaxial feeder and an SMA to BNC adapter
 
The installation is simple , requires no soldering . Antenna height erected as high as possible . It takes away from buildings, trees or other large objects. Ideal venue needs to set up a space of about 25 meters . If the space is too small , you can trim the excess traction rope , but at both ends of the antenna element and the support structure , each side shall not be less than 1 meter ( 3-4 feet).
