Bluetooth connection:

USB playback:

It is normal for a small number of lossless format files to be unreadable due to format limitations such as bitrate and bit width. The USB file system requires FAT32. NTFS is not supported. If the USB drive cannot be read, please confirm if the file system on the USB drive is correct.
