I. Overview:
This series of controllers is specially designed for manual/automatic parallel system of multiple generator sets of the same capacity or different capacities. And it is suitable for a single generator set with constant power output and multiple generators in parallel. The generator set has the functions of automatic startup and shutdown/parallel operation, data measurement, and alarm protection.
4.3inch colorful LCD screen display with brand new UI design is adapted in this controller that the relative failures can be displayed directly.All the parameters can be displayed by simulated indicators and words. Besides, LCD screen can display various faults in the same time that the gen set will be stopped once it can’t work smoothly.
The gen set parallel controller utilizing the GOV (Engine Speed Governor) and AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) control function, the controller is able to synchronize and share load automatically; it can be used to parallel with other DC100D MK2 controller. DC100D MK2 controller accurately monitors various working states of the generator set. When the generator set works abnormally, it
automatically opens the bus bar and disconnects the bus, shuts down the generator set, and displays the fault status on the LCD. SAE J1939 interface enables the controller to communicate with various ECU (ENGINE CONTROL UNIT) which fitted with J1939 interface.
The controller has a built-in display interface of simplified Chinese, traditionalChinese, English, Spanish, and Russian, and the language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the buttons on the controller panel, or adjusted and monitored through the USB port or RS485 interface using a PC, which can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

- The screen protection adopts hard-screen acrylic material, which is abrasion-resistant and scratch-resistant;
- Using silica gel panel, effective waterproof, oil-proof, UV-proof, good operation feel and long service life;
- The standard USB interface can be used to set parameters, monitor real-time, and set parameters when the controller is not powered on;
- With RS485 interface, the function of "three remotes" can be realized by using MODBUS protocol;
- Standard CAN communication interface, built-in J1939 protocol, has been matched with more than 30 kinds of EFI engines;
- Acquisition and display of various engine and generator parameters;
- The function and status display of the input and output ports are clear at a glance;
- The setting interface adopts multi-level menu type classification design, which is convenient and quick;
- Built-in real-time clock, with on-duty planning and maintenance planning functions: through settings, the monthly or weekly on-duty schedule of the generator set can be arranged, and the monthly or weekly maintenance plan of the generator can be arranged for more flexible use of power generation unit;
- Maintenance to timing function, maintenance timing or date can be set;
- With black box function, real-time storage of relevant parameters of the unit when a fault alarm occurs, which is convenient for finding the cause of the fault;
- It has 8 relay outputs, of which 6 output functions are configurable, each with up to 50 functions optional, and 3 sets of outputs are passive contacts;
- It has 7 configurable switch inputs, each with more than 40 functions to choose from;
- It has 5 sensor analog inputs, 2 programmable sensor analogs, multiple display units can be configured, and it is more suitable for dual oil pressure and dual water temperature units, and 2 analogs adapt to voltage type oil pressure sensors;
- Battery charging control, which can control the work of the charger according to the battery voltage, effectively preventing the battery from overcharging and losing electricity;
- The sensor curve can be customized through the panel buttons and PC software;
- Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power 50/60HZ system;
- Acquisition and display of busbar/generator three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency and power parameters;
- The busbar has the detection function of phase loss and reverse phase sequence, and the power generation has the detection functions of overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, overcurrent, overpower, reverse power, phase loss, and reverse phase sequence;
- Synchronous parameters include: voltage difference between power generation and busbar, frequency difference between power generation and busbar, phase angle difference between power generation and busbar; in automatic state, there are multiple working modes: no-load operation, load operation, parallel operation according to demand;
- It has the function of load transfer when paralleling/opening and unloading;
- Multiple starting conditions (speed, frequency, oil pressure, charging) combination can be selected;
- Control and protection function: realize automatic start/stop of generator set, ATS switch and perfect fault display and protection function;
- Waterproof ring is standard, and the protection performance of the panel after installation reaches IP54 level;
- Modular design: All connections are completed through European-style terminal blocks, which makes it easy and convenient to assemble, connect, repair and replace the equipment;
