Description:

Smart Car Chassis Kit adopts a mechanism in which the rear wheels drive the front wheels to turn. It is similar to the steering mechanism of professional racing car models, and the rear wheels can actively differential. Compared with  banana motor drive and acrylic steering mechanism used by other manufacturers, its performance has been greatly improved. Aluminum alloy bottom plate improves the strength of the car body. The motor also has an encoder, which can realize closed-loop control. Aluminum alloy plates can be replaced and it can be used a balance trolley.

The car body is upgraded to aluminum alloy, the overall stability is greatly improved, and the design is more reasonable.

Attention:
1. The recommended power supply range for the motor with 12V rated voltage is between 11~16V, and 12V is the best.
2. The recommended power supply range of 8V rated voltage motor is between 7~13V, 8V is the best.
3. Generally, DIY users can consider a motor with a rated voltage of 8V and use a 3s battery (not included) for power supply. The speed and torque will increase, so that the power can reach 7W, but it will also bring a certain amount of heat.
4. For motors with 8V rated voltage because of the higher low voltage current, industrial use considers the stability, it is recommended to use 12V rated voltage and use 12V power supply.

1. The encoder has a pull-up output. By default, it is pulled up to the power supply VCC pin, which can be directly collected by MCU.
2. Photoelectric encoder is 38 times the accuracy of Hall encoder. The photoelectric encoder has high precision and performs well at low speeds. The Hall encoder has better stability and is sufficient under normal circumstances.
