Description:
1. This moduel is integrated within the 4 x 5 1mm x package with a three axis linear acceleration and angular velocity sensor. 2. The model has 6 degrees of freedom (6DoF) of the iNEMO sensor module can be fully compatible with the latest 3 axis digital accelerometer (LIS3DH) and gyroscope (L3GD20), so that it can be easily upgraded, and can get the size reduction and excellent reliability of the package level integration technology.
