Function:
1. Number of micro-step breakdown of the set: The SW5-SW8 four DIP switches to set the number of micro-step breakdown of the drive, which has 15 stalls micro-step. When the user sets subdivision, stop the drive operation. Specific micro-step breakdown of the number of settings, follow the instructions drive panel.
2. Output current setting: The SW1-SW3 three DIP switches to set the driver output current, the output current total of 8 floors. Specifically the output current, please refer to the drive panel instructions.
Automatic half flow function
3. Users can set the drive through SW4 automatic semi-flow feature. OFF represents the static current to half the current dynamic, ON represents the static current and dynamic current is the same. General applications should SW4 set to OFF, so that the motor and drive heating reduction, increased reliability. After the burst of about 0.4 seconds to stop automatically reduced to about half the current (actual value 60%), heat theoretically decreased by 36%.
4. Signal Interface: PUL + and PUL- control pulse signal positive terminal and a negative terminal; DIR + and DIR- the direction signal positive terminal and a negative terminal; ENA + and ENA- to the positive terminal and a negative terminal signal.
5. Motor Interface: B + and B- positive and negative terminals connected to the B-phase stepper motor windings; the positive and negative terminals A + and A- then stepping motors A phase winding. When the A, B two-phase winding exchange, can reverse the motor direction.
6. Power Interface: With DC supply voltage range is recommended for the 24V-50VDC, mains power is greater than 200W. Recommended operating voltage: 36VDC.
7. Lights: Drive has two red and green lights. Wherein the green light for power indicator light, when the drive is powered green light; red fault indicator, when an overvoltage, overcurrent fault, the fault light is on. After the failure is clear, the red light is off. When a drive fails, the only power on again and re-enabled in order to clear the fault.
8. Installation Instructions: Drive external dimensions: 117 × 78 × 34mm, mounting hole spacing is 111mm. Both can also be vertical horizontal installation (vertical installation is recommended). When installed, it should fit snugly against the metal cabinet to facilitate cooling.
