Description:
EZ-CUBE3 (CYRCNEZCUBE03) is an on-chip debugger emulator with flash programming function， which is used for debugging and programming a program to be embedded in on-chip flash memory microcontrollers.

EZ-CUBE3 supports RA, RL78 and RX MCUs.
- It can be used to debug RL78, RX, and RA MCUs. It also supports for Trustzone automatic boundary settings.
- Used with Flash Programmer for Renesas (RFP), it enables flash programming and DLM configuration of MCUs.
- It also offers a USB to UART feature.
- It can supply power to or be powered by a target board for debugging of a wide voltage system.

- RL78 full series (only for TOOL0 single-wire mode)
 * Except RL78/G10, RL78/G1M, RL78/G1N
- RX series (MD/FINED single-wire mode only)
 * All products in the RX100 and RX200 series
 * RX600 series: RX64x, RX65x, RX66x and RX67x
 * RX700 series: RX71x and RX72x
- RA full series (SWD debugging mode only)
 * Serial port boot function is supported on some products with the technology for TrustZone

Required Software:
CS+ or e² studio and Flash Programmer for Renesas (RFP)

Design & Development:
Please use the latest version of the e² studio integrated development environment and Flash Programmer for Renesas.
The minimum supported versions are as follows:
- For Renesas CS+ for CC (Version: 8.01.00 and above)
- For Renesas e² studio (Version: 7.4.0 and above)
- For Renesas Flash Programmer (Version: 3.05 and above)
