Q: Can I use the 65W charger and power bank?
A: When some PD65W adapters may not be suitable, please find the voltage option in the settings menu. Change the voltage to 15V, then it can be used normally. For better welding results, it is recommended to use a 100W adapter. There may be some PD adapters that cannot be used, but they are not affected. You can switch the voltage in the menu, or replace the 65W soldering iron tip. PTS200 supports for QC/PD adapters and power banks up to 100W.

Q: Can your product host be compatible with common soldering iron tips such as TS100 101 Pine64 and T12?
A: The PTS200 host is compatible with soldering iron tips below 100W. Simultaneously supporting TS100.100/Pine64PinecilV2 V3 soldering iron tips.

Q. Can my phone charger be used?
A: It depends on whether your phone charger has QC/PD protocol. The optimal performance of this product requires a 100W PD adapter. Please check the power table of your adapter.

Q: Can it use the system for Iron OS to stream IRON OS?
A: Currently, IRON OS has not been developed yet, and Pinecone is still based on the second generation. The software is open source, and supporting for IRON OS system requires unknown time. However, the main control function of ESP is much stronger than that of IRON OS, making it easier for learning enthusiasts to get started with ESP.

Q: How to turn on, off, and use?
A: Please refer to the user manual. The product has three buttons in total. The middle button is the OK button, which is also a heating button. The left and right buttons are the "+" and "-" temperature buttons. Double click the OK button to turn off the temperature, and long press the OK button to enter the menu for option settings. The product has the functions of static sleep and temperature shutdown, which can be set for a specific time in the menu.

Q: Why can't QC be used?
